In your position as Account Representative you will focus on building and maintaining sustainable relationships with (international) customers within the fashion, sports and lifestyle sectors and suppliers. You are the first point of contact in collaboration with the (potential) customer.
In this position you support the Sales and Business Development Manager.
Your further activities are:
- Following up on leads and developing requests
- Drafting and presenting convincing proposals and quotations to potential customers
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and understanding their needs.
- Coordinating regular follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Visiting (international) customers for evaluations and discussions about forecasting and projects.
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
- Accurately tracking sales activities and customer interactions in the sales funnel and in the customer action list
- Supporting the Sales & Business Development Manager in developing strategies for sales growth.
- Visiting and/or participating in trade fairs, seminars, webinars, conferences, etc. to keep up with developments and needs in the field of logistics within the fashion, sports and lifestyle sectors
- Investigating ways to innovate and keep up with industry developments.
