VIM Sport & Fashion Logistics assists European customers with their global logistics and provides non-European customers with a gateway to the European market. Since 2012, we have been delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions, from factory to retailer or consumer.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for maintaining an accurate, complete and up-to-date financial administration. Your responsibilities include:
- Processing and posting purchase and sales invoices;
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable;
- Processing bank transactions;
- Monitoring customer recharges and allocations;
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies and outstanding items.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to month-end closing, financial reporting, process improvements, automation initiatives and other finance projects. You don’t just identify discrepancies, you investigate their root cause and help implement sustainable solutions.
Who are you?
You are accurate, independent and take ownership of your work. In addition, you have:
- At least five years of relevant work experience;
- A completed MBO Level 4 qualification in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting, PDB (Practical Diploma in Bookkeeping) or an equivalent qualification;
- Experience with financial administration, invoice processing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliations;
- Experience within an SME environment or the logistics sector is an advantage.
What do we offer?
- A gross monthly salary between €3,250 and €4,250 (based on full-time employment);
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance;
- A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position;
- Travel allowance from 5 km one way;
