In this job you are the link between the customer and your colleagues in the warehouse leading the execution. You guide the order process of our customers, both national and international. You signal any disruptions in the order process on time and support in providing a solution.

What will you be doing?

You guide the order process of our (inter)national customers and communicate with them by telephone. You signal any disruptions in the order process on time and support in providing a solution. You request customs documents from our external partner, keep records of the entire inbound and outbound transport, plan and document the external transport, process procedure documents in the warehouse management system, process orders, return shipments and stock changes, and prepare the monthly invoicing.

What you can expect from us

  • A salary of € 2.600,76 gross per month (based on a full-time contract).

  • 8.33% holiday allowance.

  • Travel allowance as of 5 kilometres one way.

  • You have experience in a similar position in the logistic industry.

  • You are service-oriented and give the highest priority to customer satisfaction.

  • You have strong communicative skills.

  • You are independent and maintain the overview in stressful situations.

  • You speak and write English fluently.
